We currently ship to the following:

  • Domestic: India

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

a. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Free Shipping: Above Rs.10000

b. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the selected shipping method, delivery location, and order weight. Exact shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.


3. Order Processing

a. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

b. Order Confirmation

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number (if applicable).


4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Orders: 5–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days or depending on customs clearance

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather, or customs processing.


5. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Simply visit the courier’s website and enter the tracking number to view the status of your shipment.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will vary based on your country’s regulations.

7. Undeliverable Packages

In case of a failed delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the package

The package may be returned to us. Reshipping fees may apply in such cases.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

a. Lost Shipments

b. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.

9. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Changes may only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.


10. Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping (if applicable) is available for orders over Rs.10000.
